Very honest & reliable hard working professional movers who will come in & load or unload pack etc their items like it's our own & take very good care of their belongings while having a nice pleasant conversation with the customer .
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have everything labeled and placed where it needs to go so it can be placed on the truck. If it's just a unload job customer should prepare by just letting us know where they need everything took of the truck or trailer and placed.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all kinds of jobs from packing a customer home,to moving a commercial business to a new location,to moving a family cross country,while also just doing load ups & unloads almost everything in the moving industry .
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part of moving for me is getting the work out in while moving customers and getting to be around people and see and learn new things,also going different places.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Watching videos on how to lift properly, using hand trucks,training how to pack customer items, shrink wrap and pad furniture & loaded and unload ! We also train how to talk to customers if they become upset or belligerent still remain professional & see what we can do to fix this issue for them.
