The young med arrived and were very dedicated and careful moving the items from the truck. I honestly would have given 5 stars but they were anxious to leave due to another job booked and left before the truck was totally empty. I realized I had paid for additional 1.5 hours--quite bit of money (150 dollars). They left after about 1.5 hours total. I was able to get the money refunded and am generally impressed. Just be aware of how long you have hired assistance.

I had hired them because of the wonderful work that they had done for my daughter when she moved. But the three young men that showed up weren’t any where as good as they said they were. We had a trailer to fill and had talked with them about using the least amount of space and packing to the top of the trailer as We had two pieces of furniture that needed special care. The first four feet of the trailer was packed right but then they just started to throw things inside the space ending up with a slopping mess that stopped at bottom floor of the trailer. Heavy things like the ladder on top of china that was stepped on as also the chairs, book case and tools laying on the the floor. That’s when the wanted to add the sofa and antique china cabinet laying on the trailer bed at the end of the trailer. We sent them away and used 4 hours the next day to repack the truck ourselves and use 18 feet of a 28 foot trailer. So we advise to not only give directions but stand beside them to Laos the trailer and keep them from trying to damage your stuff before it leaves your house.

They were on time. They were relatively prepared. They did not work very strategically and diligently, and were only mildly respectful of my property with items slipping easily off the cart. I won’t use the company again.

Angela was super responsive the day of when getting me a closer time window than the original hour. Treyton and the other guy that was with him (didn’t get his name) went above and beyond to not only take care of my stuff but to unload everything that was needed in the time I allocated. Very professional giving me time checks as we got close to ensure the job was done! Was a little hesitant based off price going into it but we’ll worth the money and was happy leaving the two workers each a tip to take away.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To save time and be more cost efficient, stack all packed boxes in an area near exit, make sure to keep clear pathways, small children and pets entertained in out of the way area, disassemble furniture, have extra boxes, tape, sharpies, plastic wrap and furniture pads. Ensure your car and moving truck are fueled up, power on at new location, elevator locked off for apartments, mail forwarded, and be sure you have all keys you’ll need at your new place
