AAA moving came thorugh in a pinch when another company were a no show. With an emergency call for help needed to unpack our 16 ft POD, they arrived In less than 3 hours to unpack the POD in the dark of night. Friendly, helpful, respectful. Can't say enought good things about AAA's crew! Thank you for making a bad day a good one.

While I was grateful to find movers on short notice, my experience left a lot to be desired. The owner was extremely unprofessional and rude over the phone. I attempted to go over the pricing structure with him and he was completely misleading. He informed me that there was no charge for travel, but then tried to bill me for travel time. The "team" he sent for our move included one hardworking, seemingly experienced person and one completely inexperienced, lazy individual who was so utterly useless that his presence was counterintuitive. As a result, my husband had to do a large amount of the work himself. I definitely would never use this company or recommend them. I've used hire a helper in the past and had great experiences, so this was particularly disappointing.

The guys were great. On time first day, little late second day and I felt a little longer break than needed. Trouble with setting up bed frames. But really good but all nicest and personal guys. Enjoyed them

right on time, did a great job. very friendly pair of men. I would use them in a Heart beat. fast to,they liked my dogs.

I struggled in wanting to leave a review, as the contracted provider did have a number of obstacles with our move. 3 flights of stairs, large furniture and dozens and dozens of boxes. Two young men showed up within time range noted and did perform extreme manual labor and completed the job. However, It was apparent within the first hour that they had no practical long term moving experience. They forgot tie downs, spare pads, and tools. Could not effectively load a truck for space and worst of all, they damaged over a dozen pieces. Minor cosmetic damage, but excessive none the less. One young man "accidentally" managed to lock a large file cabinet with no key present and render it having to be moved with all the drawers in. Good men with no training. Don't blame their supers. Labor was hard, but expertise not there. I would still use company, just not that crew.

These helpers did a terrific job! They were quick, efficient, polite, and professional. They arrived within the expected window, let me know they were there promptly, and immediately got to work, and they did everything I asked of them. I would definitely hire them again.
