The only issue was a little miscommunication on arrival time. But these guys made up for it with their hard work! They were prepared for the job and were super respectful of our property. It was a rainy weekend and they were very accommodating on where they stepped. We truly appreciate them and would use them again.

The movers were friendly and kind, but arrived without a dolly. If I had not owned a couple of dollies, they would never have finished the move in two hours. As it was, with the help of my son and myself, we got the job done in under two hours.

Timeliness, great. Carefulness, not. I allowed them to use my hand truck in addition to theirs to help facilitate the move. After loading 4 boxes, all marked FRAGILE, onto the hand truck, he went to move it and they all came crashing down. When they finally went to the new apt many boxes were put on top and around them. When i finally get to them i will find out if i still have a set of dishes and glasses.
