Showed up 40 minutes late but they did call within expected timeframe to explain why they were running late. They were well equipped for and knowledgeable about the move. Very respectful of property and goods. I would use them again.

Flash Moving & Storage LLC was wonderful in assisting me with unpacking my POD, they were very careful with my stuff and ensured that everything went exactly where I wanted it. They were polite and professional, even had an upbeat attitude. I was concerned prior to them arriving that since I was paying an hourly charge they would be slow or take too many breaks, however, they went at a very steady pace and only stopped to take a drink of water and to receive guidance from me as to where I might want the items to go. It went very smoothly and I was very satisfied. Thank you for your assistance I will recommend you to my friends and family.

They were an hour late , that was very annoying and overwhelming. There Attitude was very great. They moved all my stuff within 2 hours, but here is where I had the problem, he wanted me to call and add on anuther hour , when all my furniture was moved in after 2 hours, he told me that it was going to take anuther hour to throw throw boxers away and a few dresser tables , I thought that was rather odd that it would take them an hour to unload boxes from elevater, and move a few small little end tables, but they managed to drag along so it would work to his advantage so they would get paid that extra hour. What was anuther thing that was wrong I gave the guy a tip and he did not give it to the other mover, that really bothered me how someone could be that selfish to not want to give a tip that was ment for both movers ,I tipped not because I felt that it was diserved, it's all ways better to give then receive ?? Because God all ways rewards a cheerful giver??
