The crew was slow, had to ask the same questions over and over and they damaged my walls, floors, not to mention dropped my dresser. I had to constantly tell them what to do even though it was explained numerous times. I would never use them again.

Not happy they charged us a stair fee when they used the elevator in our building! They had no dolly had to use the Penske dolly from our rental truck! Not happy with this mover!

The movers were fine, but I don’t agree with your company policy on unused hours. I feel like if I initially paid for four hours and I only used two hours. The right thing to do would be to refund the customer their money back for the unused time. Also I gave a $40 tip to the gentleman. So my issue is with you Mr. Ferguson. Please do better in the future and change that policy. I feel like I have been robbed. That is bad business to knowingly take people money for labor hours that weren’t used. I think the Better Business Bureau (BBB) needs to hear about this. I will not be using you in the future or recommend.
