TopShelf's guys were great. I had an unusual situation: I needed my observatory dome (350+ lbs) put atop the observatory's base (5' high). The guys were pleasant, professional, hardworking, and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Arrived on time. Knew how to take apart my furniture and refrigerator to get it out of the house. Chaz, Antoine and Tae were efficient yet careful of the walls and furniture when loading. Very friendly on top of it all. Can’t recommend them enough!

Both fellows worked very hard. They were polite and considerate of my needs. They setup my master bedroom bed. Very careful about not damaging or bumping furniture. Highly recommended and would use again. Excellent 10 ??????????

Luke and another young man helped me load 2 carful's of boxes onto a POD. They were on time and very courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend.

Worked hard, very respectful, very efficient

The team of five finished the job an hour earlier than expected. They were super quick and professional, handling everything smoothly. They cleared out the items into the truck, disassembled what was needed, and reassembled everything perfectly at the drop-off. Plus, they drove that giant truck through Philadelphia like pros. Definitely a 10/10 service!

The crew from SimpleMoves called to say they would be 30 minutes later than the scheduled time. The crew was very thorough in emptying the POD that held most of the 'stuff' from our basement. They were most considerate of property and possessions. The crew worked fast and hard. I had no issues with their efforts.

They did a fabulous job-my bed frame needed to be disassembled to get upstairs, and they both disassembled and reassembled the frame before leaving. Very nice folks-would use this for another move.

Despite a lot of unexpected issues outside of their control, the guys provided their services perfectly. Thank you so much!

I have moved 8 times in my adult life. I have never used a moving company before. Every move would have been so much better if I had! These 3 gentlemen are so thorough and kind.
