ONCE WE ARRIVE AND MAKE CONTACT WITH THE CUSTOMER, THE CREW WILL INTRODUCE OURSELVES. WE WILL DO A WALK THROUGH WITH CUSTOMERS. WE WILL PREP THE HOME WITH THE PROPER PROTECTION FLOOR, DOOR JAM, DOORS AND STAIR RAILS. WE WILL PAD AND WRAP ALL FURNITURE.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
BY MAKING SURE THEY HAVE EVERYTHING PROPERLY PACKED. ALL IMPORTANT AND VALUABLES ARE STORED OR PACKED AWAY SAFELY. MAKE SURE HOME IS CLEAR FOR WALK SPACE AND DRIVEWAY CLEAR OF VEHICLES.
