Both of the men who came to help us load the REALLY heavy items were great. They were friendly, on time and worked very hard. They were very respectful of our belongs and seemed to take the extra steps to insure our items would arrive at our final destinations in the same condition they left our home. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I spoke with Craig of Cherrywood Movers 24 hrs prior to
the unloading time; Craig confirmed that he and another
worker would arrive by 9:00 am.
At 9:00 3 family members and a friend began unloading the POD, using a dolly, truck, shopping cart, and little red wagon.
Around 9:30 I received a message saying the Cherrywood folks would not arrive until 10:00 am because of a problem getting their equipment. They arrived c. 9:50 with one very old dolly. By then we had barely an hour left of labor.
I was told by Craig that because of their 2-hour minimum, I could cancel the arrangement, but would still have to pay 1/2 of the $299. fee. Craig said he had been splitting wood late the night before [an explanation, but hardly an excuse for their lateness and poor equipment].
They did work for a little over an hour, mostly carrying things by hand, but it was a very disappointing experience. They were respectful of my property, but
I would not use them again.
