They were on time and even worked in the rain to beat incoming storm however, they had no moving equipment or supplies which resulted in additional time and extra charges.
With no dolly, or moving straps multiple trips took more time than it should have.
They were courteous but not equipped for the job.

The crew leader, Austin, was outstanding. He was on time, very polite and kind. The rest of crew were pretty good, they all wanted to provide good service. The 2 of the 3 spoke very little due to language barrier. All in all they worked well together and did a great job. I would hire them again.

My unpacking of my 20 ft U-Haul truck went smoothly.
The company was able to adjust my original quote when only two, not four fellas showed up. As it turns 2 was all I needed. They were awesome and had the truck unloaded in 3 hours, even set up the bed and couches too.
They were also flexible to the date, I got delayed by the traffic coming down I95 into Myrtle Beach. We were able to reschedule to the next morning.
I didn’t know this company at all and fortunately for me, they are a professional trustworthy company! Totally recommend them!
