The team worked hard and were easy to get along with. However. the packing and loading was not great. Hangup clothes were put in large boxes so they became unnecessarily wrinkled and miscellaneous items were put in wardrobes so some shifted and were damaged. No tie downs were used in the pods resulting in some damage.

Had some difficulty with Pack and Go's dispatch. We requested service at 9 am. When they confirmed the service, they told us they'd arrive between 12 and 1. They did not return my call to confirm the time they would show up, and on Saturday they showed up at 10. The move itself went pretty well. Two of the three guys were absolutely great (Andrew and Vernon), but the other didn't pay much attention to the "this side up" labels on boxes, and a few other boxes fell off the dolly as he was pulling it to the truck. Fortunately, it seems most of our items are ok, but it was nerve racking. On the major plus side, when we got to our house and could not get the moving truck up our narrow driveway, the guys graciously carried the stuff up a set of stairs to our front door. And unloading was very fast.

Vernon and Dwayne were awesome, taking special care of special things, and lugging the heavy stuff, all with great attitude, even when we had a quick change of plans or alignment, it basically was no big deal to them. They were very close to on time, they came completely prepared with hand cart for the book boxes. They seemed to ease through the heavy stuff, so working hard comes naturally is my guess. I'd use them again in a heartbeat, we actually requested Vernon again.
