These guys showed up late without a phone call and didn't do a great job. They brought 3 people instead of 2, so that was nice, but they were not experienced movers. They didn't have any moving straps to carry furniture, and they bumped into walls and didn't wrap anything until they brought it outside. I had 48 blankets and they probably would have used a total of about 12 if I didn't harass them to use more. Even when I did, they put large furniture items in the POD with only one blanket, and I had to have them go back and re-pack some things that were going to get damaged. I am pretty certain that things are going to be scratched on the other end, and the insurance will only give me $0.60/pound which is basically nothing for nice furniture. I will not use HireAHelper for unpacking on the other end.

They were a great group - Promptly on time, helpful throughout, and when they found that a piece had been broken in my drive, they stopped and made sure that I was fully aware of it as well as my options of how to get reimbursed. Would definitely recommend!

They were several hours late. Overall, not a good experience. Communication was horrible. Vernon was not available nor was he proactive to let me know he would be late so we had no idea if they would even show up. I do not feel like I should have been charged for the additional hour over 4 hours, because I have no idea how they spent their time. There was no way for us to be able to verify the job was completed since it ended up being late at night. They left several items that should have been packed in the POD.
