The crew was excellent. Communication from ownership was terrible. They were very late and we had to make several calls to find out when and if they were coming. That would make me hesitant to use them again. However, if I was told that I would get the same crew then I would certainly use them again. So the quality of the crew saved Pack and Go from getting a poor review.

There was a snafu in coordinating the delivery with the unloading. I informed Pack and Go of my problem. They said not to worry and give them a call when the containers were there. They showed up faster than I expected and went to work immediately and finished the job right on time. They were great.

I was so impressed with Dewayne and his sons! Not only did they knock out my move with 2 flights of stairs, but they were respectful and very courteous. In addition, you could tell they knew what they were doing because all my furniture arrived at my new place as if it had never been moved. Not a scratch :) I highly recommend these guys and I will definitely hire them again for my next move.

My movers were great! excellent communication via phone & text, and understood i was running a little behind bc of driving down from up north. Kind men who were respectful, polite & thoughtful. Very efficient at their job. They worked hard & did not waste time. I am very impressed. so glad i hired them to unload that truck. i would hire them again & i recommend them to everyone :-) A++++

They were friendly and helpful, but some of the crew members were not very careful with the furniture. After several moves that day, personal hygiene was an issue for some as well. They did help us get a lot of heavy furniture upstairs with little complaint, which was appreciated.
