If you read the reviews of others you'll see these other companies are showing up under the influence to customers jobs. Marijuana use makes you more susceptible to the coronavirus which means you can contract and spread it unknowingly and we won't put your family at risk like that. Dewayne and his associate were on time and well prepared. Worked hard to accomplish the move in the estimated time. They were very courteous and respectful of our possessions taking proper precautions to ensure their safety to be transported out of state and to be placed in storage. I would highly recommend their service and would definitely use them again.

They saved my thousands of dollars by packing my items well and only needing one container. What i thought would be a two hours job, took them less than an hour. They were professional and did a great job. They were three hours late but that was not their fault the family that was scheduled before my pack did not estimate their job correctly, but they called and kept me up to date with where they were and when they would arrive. Thank you guys.

My movers arrived on time and worked non-stop to unload two shipping containers. They were hard workers and were very careful with our furniture.

I hired these folks to help move my stuff. They were supposed to arrive between 11 and 12. They arrived at 2:20. By then, I had already moved all the boxes, and any light furniture I could. Having said that, once they arrived, they got started immediately, and busted their butts to get the job done. Ultimately, the guys worked VERY hard!! if they had not been late, this would have been a very good experience.

First, I want to give a 5 star rating to Hire a Helper. They really stand behind their product. I scheduled my move as the first move in the day and I confirmed it the day before with Pack n Go. It was extremely important to me that they be on time as I had a flight scheduled for the afternoon. They always give you a one hour window to arrive but seeing as I was the first appointment of the day I was really hoping they would be closer to 9 am than 10 am. Unfortunately, by 9:50 am, no one had arrived so I began calling Pack n Go. By 10 am, Hire A Helper also began calling and texting Pack n Go. No answer. Hire A Helper than started calling other movers to see if someone could get out to my place within the next hour or two in order to complete the move as I was leaving that afternoon on a plane. Finally, at 10:15 am I reached Pack n Go and Vernon learned that my group was 3-4 miles from my house and he stated they had left at 8;30 am that morning and didn't understand why they were so late. They arrived at 10:20 am, just as Hire A Helper had found me a replacement group of movers -- this is why they are an excellent company to work with. Vernon advised me that he had sent 3 men and was giving me the 3rd man for free because of the mess-up in arriving. In retrospect, I probably should have booked 3 men and seeing as they were already on their way, I suspect that I was being given the 3rd man for free anyway, but regardless, the 3rd man was very helpful. The 3 laborers finished the move in about 2 hours and 20 minutes. That put them right back on schedule which I greatly appreciated. The group did a FANTASTIC job getting everything loaded quickly (Junior was an excellent supervisor!). Where we ran into a problem was that I had requested shrink wrap at a cost of $25 and rope at a cost of $10...which I was charged for. When the team arrived...it was without any shrink wrap and without any rope. I ended up running to the local Walmart for the rope. Of course, they have agreed to credit me back the $35 because they never provided the supplies but really, I would rather they had come prepared. Additionally, I had checked the box that they should bring a furniture dolly and hand tools. Neither of those items made it to the site either. So a somewhat mixed review. I feel the company does try to provide an excellent job to all its customers but they need someone to coordinate sending the teams, on time, and with everything they need that has been requested. I would still recommend this company despite these problems and I enthusiastically recommend Hire A Helper.

We were assisted by Vernon and Dwayne, from Pack and Go Moving. They were a bit delayed by weather, but kept us informed about the delay and the new arrival time. Both were friendly, professional and very efficient. We had a few VERY heavy, irreplaceable antique pieces that we were concerned about. NO problem. Moved without a scratch. As soon as they arrived, we asked if they minded staying an extra hour and they were happy to oblige. Start to finish, was exactly three hours and they removed one POD and two 15" rental trucks worth of furnishings and boxes. Good crew and I have no issues with recommending them. Vernon and Dwayne were extremely helpful and diligent. They cared for all of our belongings, ensuring that each piece had cardboard separating them to diminish chances of scratching. They were a few minutes late, but got everything done that was required. Vernon is an expert 'tetris' player and maximized the space in our moving truck. I'd absolutely use them again.

The helpers arrived 15 minutes outside the arrival window but were coming 1 1/2 hours away from my destination. A phone call alerting me that they were running late would have kept me from even noting it here. Once they arrived, they jumped right in, did a great job and were finished an hour earlier than I anticipated. I have more remodeling to do to my house and would definitely use them again.

Vernon and his assistant showed up on time, worked very hard and efficiently to move my mother into her new apartment. They had a fairly long way from curbside to her apartment to move her furniture, and did so without complaint. I'd definitely use them again.
