They were 15 minutes early, got the entire truck unloaded and big stuff sorted by room in under 2 hours. I would recommend using these guys in the future, and I would use them again, and may for my move in 6 months.

HireAHelper was refereed to me by a colleague at work and this is exactly the help I needed.I made the reservation a day before the move and it was confirmed almost immediately. I needed help with moving the heavy stuff to and from the uhaul because my hands have been hurting and I am currently unable to carry anything heavy. My wife and I are so glad we choose this company. They arrived on time, they were really helpful and made our move a whole lot quicker. They coordinated with us on what goes where. Hours after we had moved and the guys had gone we were still thankful on how helpful they were. I'll always recommend them.

Pack and go moving was on time and courteous during the whole moving process. They called ahead of time to let us know their ETA; after they arrived, they asked a couple questions to get a general idea of what and how much they are moving, and then they got right on to working! They were efficient and strategic with the way they move your stuff and how they pack up your truck in order to maximize the space of the truck plus caring for all the items in there. Great experience, one of the best I have hired throughout my whole military moving years!

After calling to confirm my order because I never heard from them, they weren't able to provide a time that they would be showing up on my date but continued to reassure me that they would be there at my scheduled time. The date of my move, no one showed at the time. I repeatedly called and texted the company for two hours. My family and I ended up having to move two thirds of the truck ourselves so we didn't pay a late penalty for the moving truck. The two guys finally showed up at 11:15am when my scheduled time was for 9am. I would never use this company again and I hope my review saves the next person from the same experience.

They showed up when requested and got right to work. They took care with the furniture and made sure to not mark the walls, since this is a brand new house. Very nice and friendly people. Would recommend them to anyone.
