I received a call from the owner the night before the move alerting me of a possible delay. All in all it ended up being just an hour behind schedule but was updated throughout the entire morning of the move. The movers were efficient and respectful of the furniture.
Would recommend and use again for future moves.

We had a fantastic crew! They were on time and worked fast and very efficiently. They were very careful with all furniture and fragile items. We highly recommend them and would use again.

Stated over an hour late.
Went through the house and garage showing them all items and what needing to come off first. We had two different stops and told them what was coming off first. We had to unpacked half the truck to get to those items.
Items marked Fragile with arrows pointing in certain directions, we’re not handled properly. Several items fell during move due to improper stacking. Not sure if anything is broke since more items were moved directly to storage. Took over an hour more expected and would have been worth it if stored and stacked correctly. Guys were very personable but lacked expertise in packing. We paid for experienced movers, not just brawn. Since you advertise ‘experience’ we took you at your word and didn’t supervise although it looks like we should have.

Our movers showed up early and made quick work of our PODS container. Took care of our property and were friendly. Would recommend.

Communication was a problem. They missed our arrival window, and the only way I even got anyone to show up was calling them myself. When I talked to them, they said they would be there shortly. It took another 45 minutes to get a call from the actual crew. They gave me a window of one hour, and showed up 10 minutes before the end of that window.
The actual move is as okay. They packed well, and worked hard.
Once they got to the end, not everything we had would fit so they just shrugged and left. I ended up getting a bunch of stuff to fit after they left.
Overall, not the worst experience we’ve had with movers, but not the best either.

They helped me find a excellent company to pack & unpack our storage container. The men were on time, knew what they were doing, were very pleasant & were respectful of our belongings.

The team from Morris (Kevin and Kevin) were very friendly and efficient. We had a 16' truck and they basically got all our stuff packed in perfectly into 4 feet and secured with rope. Then they were able to use our larger furniture items to secure everything further. They were also really careful with our more fragile boxes getting them down our flight of stairs in the dolley -- no dropped boxes. Would definitely book them again.

Our Movers are sent out with veteran movers with over 5 years experience to learn the ropes, the do's and don'ts of moving.
