We hired them to move the heavy things like the piano and washer/dryer Into our pods. We knew we would have to pack the rest, but mostly didn’t have the strength to move the piano.
They ran late (they called first) but when they got here, they seemed to not hear the “pack the heavy things first” part.
When they left, we had to unpack and repack the pods. They had run empty crates outside and packed things the least efficient way.
When they left, they left trash in my neighbor’s gutter.
Essentially, I paid almost $400 to move a piano and washer dryer outside.
I spoke to Adrian before he left the site of your load, he sent me pictures of the load and explained that they moved exactly what you instructed them to. That you didn’t want to go beyond 2 hours and that a lot of the items they loaded had to be wrapped before moving. When loading a truck or container it’s not possible to only load the heavy items and have it loaded properly. When they are hired to load a container or truck they expect to do so in a way they feel is safe and efficient. If you would have allowed them to do so things would have been loaded properly. If you would like the photos of how you wanted it loaded vs how they normally load I will email them to you.

They arrived on time and got right to work. They handled my things with care and made every attempt to not cause damage to the walls as they unloaded. I would use them again.

I would have liked to give 5 stars as the guys were seemingly great. But now that things have settled I see there is quite a bit of damage to my walls, stairs and furniture. I know a little bit is to be expected but I feel there was some furniture damage that cannot be fixed and they lost a caster (said it was in the front of their truck) to a rolling piece of furniture that now I cannot use. Also several 2nd floor boxes were left on the first which are to heavy for me to move. The guys worked fast and hard and I do appreciate that as my tip confirmed. I called to ask if there was anyway to see if the caster can be found and to report the damage over a week ago and still not return call. I would NOT reccommend this company.

Guys were really nice and polite. We would have liked if they fit more furniture than boxes into the POD. They definitely made it easier on them and leaving us to find a way to move loose furniture.
If you need us to send a crew out to help with the remainder of the items give us a call. I will make sure to adjust your price for you. Adrian explained they couldn’t see the furniture because it was buried behind the boxes and once they got the pod loaded they saw the rest of the furniture. And he added that it was all glass items and that he explained to you that the pieces wouldn't make it safely to your destination. He offered to load it if you would sign a waiver releasing them of liability for the items because there was no safe way to load them and you declined to sign the waiver so they couldn't load the items.

Had 2 very polite workers. They call and said they were able to come a little early if that ok. Very hard and experience workers. The day was hot and humid. They never complained and said that’s what they do. Very impressive!! Thanks guys

Best movers we have ever had! Utilized space in our 2 16’ storage containers that they loaded very efficiently and protected everything extremely well. Adrian was the lead and he was phenomenal. Great attitude, tremendous work ethic and very customer service oriented! Highly recommend Morris Moving and Storage!!!!
