I used Morris movers to load a POD and unload the same POD a month later. Different people came to unload. All 4 people were hard workers and nice guys. On loading day, they were late due to traffic caused by a wreck, but they let me know. However, it is unfortunate that I don't feel like my notes in either request were read or communicated to them. My #1 priority was getting my refrigerator disassembled to get it out of the house and loaded in the POD. The loaders forgot their tools and had to use ours and they put it off until only had room for the refrigerator. I was left to take care of the doors and drawers and store them separately. On unloading day, I scheduled them to come at 11:00 to allow time for me to get the refrigerator parts to the house before they arrived. They called me at 9:30 to tell me they'd be there at 9:45. Fortunately, I was able to move those things the night before so I chose to rearrange my other plans that morning rather than hold them up. Upon unloading, I was clear that reassembling my refrigerator and everything they disassembled was a priority. They were unable to properly assemble my refrigerator so we told them we'd finish it. They damaged my wall and didn't tell me. I also watched them scratch my wood floors with a dolly and I had to tell them to be more careful. I personally think those things don't need to be stated. Morris Movers was easily less expensive than the other options. I learned you get what you pay for.

The movers themselves were great! They packed our POD efficiently and were very friendly. My only complaint is that there was no communication on the front end from their office to confirm appointments and I had to initiate contact myself multiple times.

Morris Moving did a fabulous job taking great care of our furniture!! They worked hard for 5 & 1/2 hours & were so personable. They were skilled at putting all of our possessions in the Pack Rat container. We were so very pleased Hire a Helper sent them our way.. i would highly recommend their services to anyone moving!!

The two men that arrived were awesome. They had everything they needed, and worked hard the whole time five hours they were with us. It was amazing to see how well they packed the Pod. I would not have believed so much stuff could go into just one container.
The entire time they were with us, they were polite, respectful and very responsive to our requests. And at the end of the day, asked us several times if there was anything else that should be done before they left.
