Both men did a very good job. Not only did I get good help but one of them knew how pack/load everything in the POD which was extremely helpful. They were very professional!!

The guys were early and ready to work.
They bought no moving equipment with them. No dolly, no lifting straps. No belts. Just their muscles. Moving this way will inevitably cause one or both of your guys to be injured.
Failed to plan the loading of the POD and because of this had to rework much of the move after loading.
The guys thought they were to travel with the POD and unload it.
Failed to communicate an arrival time to me.
The guys worked hard at getting it done. Kudos to them. Coming without proper equipment is a problem. the equipment doesn't just make things faster and easier, it makes the move safer. If I had not been jammed for time I would have sent them back to get the proper equipment.
Not hitting at the guys. They did OK. The failure to provide and use proper safety equipment is, to me, a problem.
I'd probably use you and recommend you again.

Crew leader Richard and his assistant Jay we're knowledgable, efficient, professional, and courteous throughout the entire 2 hours moving heavy/awkward pieces of furniture up and down stairs! Day was very hot and quite humid but yet they displayed a positive attitude. I would personally request the crew and would highly recommend both Richard & Jay on any move in the Houston area and should anyone ask for a reference! Highly satisfied and outstanding job! 8/27/2015

The three helpers showed up with out any shrink wrap, pads, not even a tool box and any other material to load my furnishings. They did not strap down furniture. argumentative and I suggest nobody hire them for a move. They were so sloppy we had to call and have someone else come out and repack the pod.

They did a great job. They were on time and made quick work of it even in the August Texas heat. I recommend them highly and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Tyrone and Dwon (hope I got that right!) did a great job of unpacking our pod units. They handled items with care and put things right where we asked them to be placed. They arrived a few minutes early with all the moving equipment we requested and got right to work, and worked hard despite the 100+ temperature on moving day! I would definitely use them again, although I hope we do no more moving for quite a long time now!

Company took to load it! Very impressed. Will hire them again if needed!! They were respectful and asked to make sure everything was placed in the correct spot. They worked very hard and got the job done!

Our movers arrive and ask for a quick walkthrough of the property, and at this time you should express any concerns you have or special request you may have.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Try to make sure boxes are sealed and ready to be moved, if there are any items not to be moved please make sure they are marked.

We handle all types of moves, from local, long distance, residential and commercial.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We enjoy the diversity of clientele we see on a daily basis. We love hearing our customers stories and memories of the previous home and plans for their new home.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our Movers are sent out with veteran movers with over 5 years experience to learn the ropes, the do's and don'ts of moving.
