I never write bad reviews, but this was the worst moving experience I had ever had. I had an appointment scheduled for 11am. Around 1:30pm, I called them to ask where they were, and they explained that they were held up by another job and couldn't be there until maybe 4pm. It really was screwing up my whole schedule for the day, but I needed movers, so I said ok. What else can you really do, anyways? The movers did not really call or communicate much at all to let me know they were having issues. They did not show up until 7pm at night and seemed annoyed with me, even though I asked if they wanted to just come the next day. By the time they arrived, they were rushing to unload stuff and they chipped my desk. It was dark when they were unloading the container, so stuff got put in all of the wrong rooms, and we all just wanted the day to be over, so I let it go. They didn't finish until 9:30pm, and still made sure to charge me for the extra time even though they were late and slow during the whole process. I was needing help assembling some of my items, and they didn't really know how/what to do, which also wasted some of my paid time. Horrible experience. I would not use them again or recommend them. No one called and apologized for the service or offered me any kind of compensation for what happened.

Our movers arrive and ask for a quick walkthrough of the property, and at this time you should express any concerns you have or special request you may have.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Try to make sure boxes are sealed and ready to be moved, if there are any items not to be moved please make sure they are marked.

We enjoy the diversity of clientele we see on a daily basis. We love hearing our customers stories and memories of the previous home and plans for their new home.

Our Movers are sent out with veteran movers with over 5 years experience to learn the ropes, the do's and don'ts of moving.
