Until my belongings are removed from the pods and unwrapped, I am unable to provide a thorough and accurate rating. Prior to that, the Morris Moving crew appeared to thoroughly wrap and protect my furniture. They diligently showed care for the property as well. We ran into two very time-consuming issues that extended the moving time and ultimately cost me more money: an armoire that would have been easier to pack had they been able to figure out how to separate it and a table that could not be separated due to a stripped screw. I was surprised to hear them suggest the items might have to remain -- which, obviously, was not an option in my opinion. The team was friendly, polite, and professional.

The gentlemen who helped were personable and communicated well throughout the day, however they were 3.5 hours late due to previous client... it happens.
But on a 113 degree day our CEO and EVP unloaded half the truck, leaving less than an hour of work for the moving crew. Full price was paid for two hours, but team was upset that we didn't tip. They did not verbalize it, and I sort of understand, but couldn't justify a tip when we paid for two hours and got one... maybe Morris should cover the tip or the prior client.
I would use them again, but only if we were the first job of the day.

Communicative. Showed up on time. Packed carefully and efficiently. Loaded up a 2 bedroom apartment on second floor, travel, and unloaded all within 3 hours. Would recommend.

They showed up with a smaller truck than what was promissed and then we had to make an extra trip. I could tell some of the workers were frustrated by this so they started just putting stuff anywhere and not taking care to do things correctly. They damaged furniture and charged me for the extra time it took to make an extra trip.
With the combined truck and trailer we used on your move came out to be more cubic footage of the 26' truck you requested. If we would have provided just a 26' truck the guys would have still had to make a second trip, so this wasnt due to the truck and trailer we provided.
As far as damages, our crew wasnt made aware of anything being damaged during your move. If you have claims please follow the procedures and file your claim through hireahelper.

They did hard work on a VERY hot day in Houston. Wow. I only needed 2 guys for 2 hours to do a small move within an apartment complex and that is exactly what they delivered - without charging and arm and a let. (They even let me add a half hour on the spot at a reasonable rate to finish things up well.). I really appreciate them and would recommend and use them again.

They were prepared and did a very good job. Their communication was also good. Our job started late due to another commitment by the company. They did call timely and let us know that they were going to be late. However, due to time constraints, we had to start unloading the truck on our own.
