The Morris Moving team was fantastic! Definitely customer focused. They were on time, efficient (unloaded a 16 foot POD in 90 minutes, including some assembly of furniture), skilled, careful, and friendly. Professional services with smile - even when moving major pieces!

Pros: they fit in my request to move the job from Thursday morning to Wednesday afternoon, on Tuesday afternoon. This was greatly appreciated.
The office staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Cons: they were more than an hour later than the time we agreed on. I was told that there was a situation in the morning that impacted their day. Yet I wasn’t informed that they would be late until the appointment time.
The lead guy on the crew, Bryan, was very good at what he did.
The other guy on the crew was not so good. He just seemed inexperienced and not intuitive, almost as if he was a day laborer. He stacked small boxes on top of larger boxes, causing them to get crushed. Also, many of my boxes got their handles torn. Also, I watched him take my TV cabinet into my living room on its side (good) and then roll it into an upright position on its feet. Fortunately, it did not damage the feet on my cabinet, but the potential was there. He also did not bring any water to stay hydrated, a necessity in Houston in June.
All my stuff got moved into my new place, but next time I’ll be looking for movers who can assure me that my belongings will be handled with care.

We believe our gun was stolen. It was a smith and Wesson 38 revolver. It was in a box in our office. We didn’t have them pack it but they stole it out of the box. We packed an empty box
I definitely would not recommend your company. We will be reporting this to the police. We have been opening our boxes we brought ourselves in our truck and just noticed this
I spoke to both of the movers that loaded your items and they let us know that there was a lot of items left in your home and there’s a possibility that your firearm was left at the other residence.
Once you file your police report please give them our number here because our movers are honest and trustworthy.

Josh and Taylor were fabulous. They were quick and efficient and treated my items with care. The only reason I didn’t give a five star is because of Scheduling. Apparently they were scheduled to an eight hour job in the morning. My job was scheduled to start between between 1 and 2 PM and of course they were very late because the math obviously doesn’t work. But they did a great job and finished everything I needed done.

The company contacted us to adjust our move time due to a shortage in staff for the day. They were kind enough to offer 2 additional workers than we scheduled for no additional charge for the time adjustment. However, only 2 workers showed up to work (which was completely out of their control). The 2 workers that came were the best!!! Joshua & Michael were phenomenal. They moved quickly & efficiently even after a full day of work and short on staff members. They handled our furniture with care & were very careful as they moved throughput the house. They also packed the freight trailer with great care & packed it tightly…making sure nothing shifted. I highly recommend Morris Moving & Storage. Everyone was friendly, courteous, & kept communication with us from the time we booked until they completed the job. I’m very impressed with the service that I received.
