Workers did not pack all of my furniture and when I reported it to the company they where more for the Workers, than accommodating the customer. I had to remedy the problem and to me that is bad business. It was too easy for the worker to suggest for me to keep getting PODS, like I was made of money, than to pack that pod better than he did to fit that furniture better. I will not use this company again. In response to helpers comment. I did not ask for a discount for the services. I was asking for help for the items that was missed. Yes, the first POD was packed well, the second POD was not. All I wanted was assistance, not money.
I appologize for the crew not being able to fit more into the pod than it would hold safely on your second container.
This review isn't a proper representation of the job you're posting it for. You were extreemly happy with your service through hireahelper and booked us directly the next day to load another pod.
The crew let you know you would need a 3rd container because your items couldn't be safely loaded into the second unit. You began messaging us basically asking for a discount because you had more items that would fit, and had an entire room that you had closed off and didn't show the crew.

I HIGHLY recommend this company and suggest that you request these gentlemen by name. My mom is almost 80 years old and I just moved her to Houston from Atlanta, we hired these gentlemen for 3 hours of work but it only took them one hour and twenty minutes. I spoke with Anna and requested that the amount that we paid for the additional hour be slip as a tip for these two gentlemen. I hope the INTEGRITY of this company is above the work of these workers.

Our movers arrive and ask for a quick walkthrough of the property, and at this time you should express any concerns you have or special request you may have.

Try to make sure boxes are sealed and ready to be moved, if there are any items not to be moved please make sure they are marked.

We handle all types of moves, from local, long distance, residential and commercial.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We enjoy the diversity of clientele we see on a daily basis. We love hearing our customers stories and memories of the previous home and plans for their new home.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our Movers are sent out with veteran movers with over 5 years experience to learn the ropes, the do's and don'ts of moving.
