Mr. Morris was more than accommodating when we had to move our appointment a few times to align with the containers being delivered and picked-up. We really appreciated that. On the day of the loading the guys called in advance to let us know they were on their way. They were so quick and efficient that they moved some of our things into the containers that we intended to donate or keep. However, not faulting them as we should have labeled the bags in preparation. Overall, my husband said they were still probably the best movers we’ve ever had.

The movers were nice enough but were in such a hurry. I had booked them for 2 hours and they were done in less than an hour. They rushed everything and were inpatient for me to help them out the back etc. And I hate when people ask for tips even before the service is done. And when I did tip them....which I thought was more than generous the guy didn’t seem like he thought it was enough!

Our movers arrive and ask for a quick walkthrough of the property, and at this time you should express any concerns you have or special request you may have.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Try to make sure boxes are sealed and ready to be moved, if there are any items not to be moved please make sure they are marked.

We enjoy the diversity of clientele we see on a daily basis. We love hearing our customers stories and memories of the previous home and plans for their new home.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our Movers are sent out with veteran movers with over 5 years experience to learn the ropes, the do's and don'ts of moving.
