I had a problem with the fact that the movers were 30 minutes late. I never received a phone call from Mr. Moore’s that there was a problem with their truck come to find out he didn’t have his own truck but they had to rent a truck from budget rental. I’ve called repeatedly trying to speak to Mr. Morris to get some type a refund due to the fact that they guaranteed 1 hour window and they were not there on time. I’m not happy with this company and would not referred to anyone.
Sorry again for the delay on the start of your move. Yes we have leased from budget for over 7 years to keep maintenance cost down so we can keep our rates down, and budget always have clean well maintained equipment ready for us. And the reason there was a delay on your movers was because the original crew asked to be placed on a different job because of your location. The 77090 zip code was in a area they didn’t feel comfortable moving in because of past issues with moves in your area. Things have been taken off the truck while movers were moving furniture, as well as gun fire in close proximity to their job location. So I had to bring in a total different 3 man crew that was familiar with the area at the last minute. They completed your move from load to unload in less than 3 hours and did it professionally and safely. Thanks again for hiring us and if you do have a change of heart we are here to help.
