We contracted a two-person crew to help load a container. The crew showed up on time, was very professional and hustled intently from start to finish. I was very impressed with their work ethic and ability to fill nearly every inch of the container. I suspect these gentlemen are wizards at Tetris.

They were loading and within an hour into their loading, we got some bad weather so they were told to stop loading and return back. The minimum charge is 2 hours, I wasn't going to pay for 2 hours for only an hours work. I said something so they continue packing for the 2nd hour then left. After an hour of loading, they tell me that the POD is not big enough. As experience movers, I would have expected them to make that determination before starting to load the POD. I also didn't find that they completely knew how to properly load a POD and made me uncomfortable with their packing knowledge. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.
Our movers let you know your pod wasn’t big enough once they finished packing, because they were hired by you to pack first not load.. The way your pod was dropped in your driveway the rain poured directly into your container and with the door open your pod was filling with water... they worked inside the full two hours then left so you wouldn’t incur any additional hours for the waiting around..
You wanted them back the following day to load the container after the rain stopped but hired a full service company to move you instead of using another pod.. so I’m not sure how you assumed the guys didn’t know how to properly load your container because they didn’t get the opportunity to load anything due to the weather..

Love the two drivers and loaders. They were professional and kind. Hard workers forsure. We tipped them well, because they deserve it. Will use the service again (same guys) and refer them to others.

Professional and efficient. Fast- Took about half of the time taht was booked. It was quickly evident we would need to order an additional POD (support form initial pod booking might have been better). They chose to leave some of the harder to load items for the next crew. That messed up the additional insurance we had purchased because they loaded some of the insured items in this pod but left some for the next POD. For example, they loaded the dresser mirror but not the bottom. This was the 1st time I used a POD. Cool concept and perfect for a situation where the new home is not ready yet. But I will be more directivie when we do it again. I am quite sure the movers would have been amenable to my requests, I just did not know to make them.

Two people arrived at my door and I showed them what needed to be loaded, and what I didn't want loaded into our POD. They started and worked really hard on a really hot and humid Texas day. Other than a few water breaks they loaded the entire POD without stopping. They didn't get everything I wanted loaded but that was due to the size of the POD not their time limit. The POD was full before they left. I mean the POD was full, They where able to fill in so much space they got much more loaded than I thought they would. I would hire them again.
