The Morris movers were prompt. They arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were very respectful and courteous. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with their service. When I asked them to move a piece of furniture out of the room I told them to place it and move it to a different location, they did it with a smile. Awesome job!!

Ok this is very importan and don’t hire this people ! I hire this company and paid for 3 guys . So Adrian the leader he call me to let me know that him and the other 2 will arrive at 9:30 am so at this moment I everything was fine until this ;
Adrian show up only him w his helper and the other guy he show up after 45 min. But I ask Adrian the líder what is going on the other guy and he respond me that is not a big deal ! And him and the other guy will finish everything before the 2 hours that I got hire . And the money he saved me , I can give to him as a tip!!!!! ( what a ****) I was so piss off beacuse I’m paying for a service and this is not a game . So mister Adrian he went ups stairs to my apartment to check ( this guys he don’t have any idea what he was doing and thinking ) so he start loading the truck w his helper w no idea what Adrian and helper was doing so I ask him again about the other guy so he got piss up and very sarcastic response me back if u want sr we can stop the job now ,but I’m telling you I’m saving money ! And we get done the job before time . And Adrian we told the helper (that if I’m continue complaining about the other guy he will cancel the job and left the job ) he didnt know that I was listening.so after 45 min the guy show up ! A lazy guys ( seems like he just wake up ) very unprofessional. So they continue loading the truck and Adrian was taking pictures of the truck ( thinking that he was covering his ass w the pictures ) I was so stress for the actitude of this 3 guys ! And the problems start !!!!!! The truck was full and my 3 big sofas still in the floor and my elilptical brand norditrack that cost me $ 1,200 dollars was in the floor and Adrian very profesional (ashole) he told me it’s time to throw a way all ur belongings , or choose what u want to keep !!! Really he don’t give a **** of my things very unprofessional, my wife came down and Adrian he said ( I love when wife’s get involve in the problems to deside what to keep or throw a way my 2kids came down everything was a disaster and everything for the líder Adrian but the second guy the helper he saw me very stress full and start give ideas to Adrian but he don’t give a ****! I have to beg him to do it! And he did it and w the excuse that the warranty of breaking is Gonna be avoid so I said please do it ! So he move some boxes and I have to choose to leave my norditrack elliptical of $1,200 dólares in houston and I give to Adrian as a paid of the tip but he want more money!! He ask me for cash , so no body has change so I told him that if he bring change I can give cash money!!!!! Yes so I left the place and star driving so he call me several times and leave a message Adrian he really has balls !!!!! So I drive over 4 days to Canada and. So in the way we have to change of truck so people of the truck rental hire people to help me to un load the truck and load all my stuff and surprise when they finish they did a lot of space to put my ****ing elliptical, and for all the toys that I have to throw a way in the trash !!! So sad for this experience I hope this review help all the people of houston to don’t get involve w this type of movers that they don’t have any idea to load a truck and the worse ask for money (as a tip ) the tip u have to earn it ! Very disappointed,very unnecessarily experience , .....:: cost me $ 1,200 plus$300 for the movers so sad really ???????????

I will start saying that we didn't think all our stuff were going to fit in the PODS container (7ftx7ftx8ft) but Eric Watson and Marquel Fitzgerald did such a great job that we even have a little extra space for a few stuff we spared in case they wouldn't fit.
This guys have been the most polite, respectful and professional movers we have hired. We HIGHLY recommend this company!!!

I would highly recommend Morris Moving and Storage. We have used Morris for our last two moves and on both occasions they have been great. Specifically in our last move, Morris was extremely accommodating with their scheduling which helped immensely when coordinating other dependencies around our move. Their personal touch and attention to detail are unmatched. I particularly appreciated their care and concern with our items. They treated my items as if they were theirs.
