The guys who came out were quite late, but fortunately that wasn't a problem for us. They guys kudos for working very hard and relentlessly in the Houston heat, and packed the Pod extremely well--hardly any space anywhere. The main reason I'm giving them two stars is that we paid $150 extra having the expertise and proper equipment to move our upright piano. But the packers showed up with an ordinary furniture dolly and tried to precariously balance the piano on it. We insisted they stop immediately before we had a disaster, and I had to go out and rent a proper piano-moving dolly so we could get it in the Pod safely. Because of this we complained about the $150 charge and they did take it off--but if you have a piano to move, BEWARE.
The movers had a full sized 4 wheel H dolly for your piano which is whats required to move a upright piano. You went and picked up the exact same dolly for them to move the piano....
I am not understanding of your reason for a 3 star review when the movers actually moved the piano and we removed the charge only because you felt you needed to get a different dolly and rented the same one they had.
You didn't have to complain about the charge because you spoke to me directly and I immediately had it removed to please you.

Worst packers and loaders ever! I just had our Pod containers unloaded and these guys had packed it so poorly that most of our items were broken or damaged. I wish I could post photos of the smashed boxes. I had the top of an antique clock that was well packaged and labeled Fragile, and Do Not Top Load, and they put books on top of the box and now the clock top is in ten pieces. Some concrete planters were shattered. Antique glasses which were well wrapped were crushed and broken. All of our wooden tables and nightstands are gouged and scraped up. I am so upset. The crew that did this went too fast, and they obviously didn’t care. The company who unloaded the Pods said they had never seen a packing job as bad as this.

They started off ok but then one of the guys would take time to be on his cell phone texting or calling. They also used their dollies to take boxes upstairs and left some stains on my carpet. Then at the end didn’t have the courtesy to pull up the ramp from the moving truck and close the door. Just had me sign paperwork and left. Wouldn’t recommend these people they need to be more professional.

They were incredible, very curious and great manners!. I was the last move of the day and they were running a little behind so I let them know it was not a problem if we did the move the following day. They insisted "no matter what the time we will do it today" because that was what was promised to me. They stayed in constant communication with me and their dispatch until they arrived. Those guys had a full house move done in 2 hours and 10 min! They rocked it! Not a single thing was broken or mishandled. GREAT JOB and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Their services!

The movers were wonderful. Sherman, Chris and the additional crew were very polite and worked extremely efficiently. They were able to move the items very quickly. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or use them again for my moving needs.
