Manager was accommodating. My comment was the Helpers was Late and the tools/equipment they used for moving my things was dirty, wheels has mud. Anyway, they are respectful they take good care on moving my things. Maybe, I will use them again.

The two young men that showed up were on time and they came ready and prepared to work. They both worked hard at moving the items in storage to load a pod. There was extra feet to walk at the storage place to get to the pod. Both were personable and friendly and paid attention to detail. They put my mind at ease. I would definitely use Morris Moving and Storage again.

The movers themselves were fine. They were at my house on time, moved items efficiently and nothing was damaged. However, I reserved 4 hours of move time for my one storage container, as that is how long it took me to fill it. It only took 2.5 hours to unload and the moving company would not refund my money. I didn't recall seeing that policy posted when I signed up so I thought that was pretty unfair.

Our movers arrive and ask for a quick walkthrough of the property, and at this time you should express any concerns you have or special request you may have.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Try to make sure boxes are sealed and ready to be moved, if there are any items not to be moved please make sure they are marked.

We handle all types of moves, from local, long distance, residential and commercial.

We enjoy the diversity of clientele we see on a daily basis. We love hearing our customers stories and memories of the previous home and plans for their new home.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our Movers are sent out with veteran movers with over 5 years experience to learn the ropes, the do's and don'ts of moving.
