Extremely professional, reliable and fast. The helpers helped us with a move last week. They called us ahead of the time and informed about their exact time of arrival. They were very knowledgeable about handling furniture, especially the delicate items and electronics including dismantling and assembling some furniture items. The move we were expecting to take over 5 hours was completed in around 3. There was no damage whatsoever to any of our items. We had seen chairs with broken legs, scratches on the floor, damaged crockery with previous moves but with 3 B Helpers, the move was just perfect. Would definitely use them in future. 100% recommended.

After many challenges (rain, traffic & longer unpack time), 3B helpers made my experience a great one! The move took a lot longer than expected because I underestimated the time it would take. They sent a team back the next day to finish the job and gave me a great rate. I would recommend 3B to anyone that needs a move!!

3 B Helpers were great. They arrived early after calling to see if it was alright to do so. They worked diligently and accomplished the job in under the time I has scheduled. The only thing I would do differently in the future would be to better estimate the work time needed since I had to pay for all the hours scheduled, not just that which was needed.

3 B Helpers stepped in to replace my original unload help which did not show up for the job. I was very grateful that they readily accepted same-day service. Josh and Casey were diligent about confirming details and showed up exactly on time. They were professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with! They both had a great attitude and were willing to help with whatever I asked them to. I would definitely use 3 B Helpers again in the future.

We have used 3 B Helpers in the past when we moved into Pittsburgh in 2008 and the service was exceptional! Therefore, we asked for their help again as we are moving out of Pittsburgh last week. Unfortunately, our experience this time was far short of exceptional. First of all, we were given two helpers and both showed up SICK. We had a relatively simple move involving mostly boxes. We moved no heavy items such as appliances and only moved a couple pieces of furniture. We were very organized for the move and yet some items they 'forgot' to load. These two helpers moved very slowly, but again, they were sick. Several of our items were broken or significantly damaged, and half of the load shifted during transport. Mostly we are just disappointed that the two moving crews were so different. We had such a GREAT experience three years ago and in contrast had a poor experience this time.
