1. Nice and friendly
2. Were unavailable during the initial scheduled arrival window so they rescheduled for 2pm and were on time
3. Lacked door jam protection. They did tape paper to protect our floors.
4. They were moving fast but I feel that in an effort to be quick they were a little careless with my expensive furnishings. I would've liked to have seen them take a little extra time to ensure no damage was done to my furniture or my wall. Behind the door. I'm not holding them responsible for that hole in my wall because I didn't realize that door had curtain rod holders on it and no door stop to protect the door. No necessarily their fault but slowing down a little may have prevented it.
5 They were very accommodating and willing to assist in any way which was very much appreciated..
6. I hope Adrian reads this review and is humble enough to grow from it and I will use him again for some other things at a later date.
