We hired and paid for two PROFESSIONAL movers. Which these were not. It was an older guy in bad health and his teenage son. They were not prepared for the job at all. The son was absolutely no help and if our Board member had not been there to assist the older man it would not have gotten done. They could not move items up stairs without assistance. They broke a good wooden desk due to their inability to carry it or figure out how to move it so it was completely destroyed. They ran a refrigerator through a wall which we now have to repair at our expense. This was a horrible experience and movers that we will never hire again for any reason. I have hired intrastate movers across several states without this kind of damage done. Horrible horrible experience.
