What can a customer expect after booking with you?

After booking with us, you will receive a call and / or text. We will confirm the details of your move, provide guidance on how to pack and be prepared for your move. We will ask you questions about the items we will be moving, in order to generate a Bill of Lading (for shipping purposes), and to allow us to better understand the scope of work we will be performing for you. We will also take this time to answer any questions you may have, as well as address any concerns or special requests.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

On the day of the move you will receive a call prior to us leaving our warehouse (or prior job) to update you with an ETA. When we arrive we will do a walk-through to formulate a plan for the load/unload. Finally, we deploy door jam protectors, along with some other items to ensure a safe move for both our movers as well as your property.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Please ensure everything is packed appropriately: i.e. TV's in TV boxes, clothing in a wardrobe box and / or trash bag, random 'knick-knacks' in a box. This will help minimalize trips back and forth and allow us to be efficient with our (your) time. We do not move loose items as it provides a safety risk to the movers as well as your personal belongings. Finally, please ensure that children and pets are out of the way so we can provide you with a safe and efficient move.

We cover local and long distance moves of all sorts, including the following: Residential, Commercial/Office, Student, Elderly, Full-Service, Packing/Unpacking, Loading/Unloading.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

There's a handful of reasons why we enjoy being movers. We love that we are able to service our community via enhancing people's lives by relieving the stress from moving. It's a great feel to be a part of someone's life, even if it's just a small window. We also enjoy getting to put our 'Tetris' skills to work. There's nothing quite as rewarding as when we get asked if we played a lot of Tetris as a kid. The answer is yes, we did. Who knew geometry would be so fun...

What training do you provide your crew members?

We provide on-the-job/hands-on training as well as instructor-lead and practical training. Yes, a little 'death via PowerPoint' is involved, too. We also utilize continued education to incorporate new methods and / or refresh our movers to ensure we are at peak performance.
