Great 2 man crew. They arrived right on time. Moved all of my things, were very courteous and fast. They asked where I wanted everything placed in my new unit. Would recommend and would contract their services again.

We had a fantastic experience with Step by Step! Moving can be so stressful, but Alex, Michael, and Emmanuel made the process much smoother with their positive attitudes and professionalism. They even surprised us with an additional helper, which made the move much more efficient and stress-free. Their teamwork and efficiency were impressive, and they handled everything with care. They were great movers!!

The movers arrived on time and were well prepared. They protected all of my furniture with wrap. I wasn’t sure if everything was going to fit in the truck, but they worked hard to make it happen! Great guys to work with.

Arrived on time. Were pleasant and professional. Answered all my questions, listened to my concerns, and did a great job. Got the job done in less time than estimated to move the furniture, so they toted boxes and small / packing stuff out to the POD as well. Will ask for them next time when our second POD arrives!

Nice guys. Hard workers. They showed up on time and ready to start the move. They fit all of our items in—and we had a LOT! Made sure to cover up our carpets with protective plastic and mats. Would definitely use them again!

Mark and Jordan were fantastic! They were quick to help and keep things moving. They moved my mother in law’s items quickly and carefully. They were life savers!!!

The movers arrive on time and immediately started to unload 2 UBoxes into the moving truck. They very carefully packed the furniture with blankets and tape. These two men were incredible. They were on time, polite and very efficient. I could not believe how quickly they loaded our U-Haul. They were careful with our belongings and did a terrific job. Could not recommend them more.

These guys We’re excellent ! The first company we hired never showed up and this company showed up within a couple hours to take over the job and they had our pod completely cleaned out for us in about an hour and a half and they did an excellent job and didn’t damage anything I would highly recommend them to anyone else

Greg and Mario, AKA Snoop Dogg, were pleasant, knowledgeable, and very hard working. I’m still amazed at their perception to see what we had to load and be able to make it work, right to the roll-up door. These guys are outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone. Also, the communication from Mike was second to none.

Arrived early, had all their ducks in a row, and went to work. They were responsive to my directions and handled our belongings with care $ respect. I have already engaged them to unloa 2 additional PODS.

They came right on time that they quoted. very prepared for the job at hand and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how to do it. they were very professional and kind, we were a bit jumbled ourselves but they were patient. would recommend and would use again if services needed.

All in all they did a good job. Only complaint is they packed all of the boxes first and all of the furniture second and did not tie down as they went.
