Herb the manager was good with communication but dropped the ball about bringing a dolly for the moving labor helpers to use. We had to go rent one because the helpers were moving our boxes one at a time up and down steps. We called Herb and he thought the helpers had a dolly but he did not do anything to correct the problem. The two helpers [Frankie & Omar] were very good and handled all our goods with care and effiectency.

Shawn and Marcus were kind, courteous and hard working. I truly appreciated their efforts in getting my things into my place. Especially when it came to their ingenuity in regards to my sofa. They were on task from beginning to end. Thank you both!

I hired Kimiya Services last minute (7pm for a next day 11am move) after realizing I could not handle moving all my stuff myself and I truly could not have asked for a better move experience with them. I am so thankful they were able to accommodate a last minute job on a holiday weekend! Mel and Rob were awesome! They were friendly, professional and very efficient.
