This was just a disappointment. I spoke to the guy asking if they will take apart the 2 beds and he said yes. Then we asked the guys who came if they will do that and they also said yes it will be the first thing they do. They only took the mattress and claimed that is the bed. They were slow and didn’t even want to work. One of them claimed that he wasn’t supposed to be the one who came, as if that’s a good reason to not work even though we paid. They did not bring a single tool to help with the move. If you book them just know you’re better off doing it alone and they’re liars who try to get out of working. They will just ask you for more money. I gave 2 stars because the guy I spoke to originally seemed nice but definitely a waist of money and do not recommend them at all.

This is the second time we’ve used them and will use them again. We are an elderly couple and are not able to move large furniture (refrigerators, workbench’s etc) anymore. The movers showed up on time, with the proper tools and equipment and went right to work. On items requiring “special handling” they were extremely cautious to make sure they were not damaged. Very professional, capable and courteous! Highly recommend them!!!
