As we explained, our scheduled crew members did not show up or call, so the owner had to be contacted and he came in their place. Unfortunately our office is over an hour and a half away which caused our arrival to be so late. Thank you again for allowing us to work with you.

They took a bit longer than I anticipated so I had to pay for overtime which I didn't have to do with my previous movers. Also, they did not wear facemasks or keep their distance which worried me a bit. Everything got moved and they packed the truck in a super-secure way!

Second Movers is a 10 on a 5 star rating. I have moved 7 times in the last 15 years and have never had better movers. They were efficient and worked hard in 95 degree weather. They didn't hit one wall in moving including our heaviest furniture pieces down the stairs. I would hire them again for sure!
