Wonderful help! Arrived on time. Movers were absolutely prepared for the job. Very nice, friendly, professional, and got the job done in a very timely manner. They were very respectful and gentle with property and goods!

On time, well prepared with lifting straps. Very polite and willing to do everything asked of them. Extremely careful carrying pieces through doorways, and not a nick or scratch on any wall, door molding or furniture moved. They were great from start to finish.

The lead mover (Chris) was extremely good at packing the truck. However, his helper kind of left some things to be desired. He had already told me that that day was his 4th day on the job. He carried a lot of items out of the apartment one by one instead of using a hand dolly. When I mentioned that to him, he attempted to use a hand dolly but obviously didn't know how to use it. Instead of using the "stair assists" on the dolly, he tried back the dolly off of the steps (wheels first) which turned out badly. My boxes went flying off of the dolly. As I stated before Chris did an excellent job of packing the truck but it was painstakingly slow. What should have taken approximately 2 hours to do (it was done in 2 hrs in the past) took longer than that and that ended up costing me an extra $75. But even with all this being said, I am satisfied with the job overall.

They did a good job and were very careful with my belongings. They were a little late arriving for loading which put my slightly behind my schedule but other than that, they did great. I would reccomend.

Excellent work. Very professional, timely, respectful and careful of every item they moved. Never a raised voice or cross word between them and they worked smart and efficiently. They were well prepared and I would use them again. They had everything they needed to get the job done, didn't waste a minute of time. This is who you should hire if need labor to move or pack a pod!
