They were a little late but did call me to let me know. They were prepared to work and took very good care of all my things. They tied off sections so if there was shifting during transport of the container nothing would fall. I would definitely use this company again. This was my first experience with Hire. A Helper and it was Great.

Not impressed. The helpers were very young and ended up messing up my bed by dragging it across the truck's floor. Hear a lot of banging as the helpers moved my stuff down the stairs. Very dissatisfied with the help and HireAHelper overall.

These women got the job done, I will say that. However, I felt the need to start moving boxes to help out as it took much longer than anticipated for a one bedroom plus small storage unit. I was going to be driving across the country after they finished. This became a bit stressful. I am an efficient worker myself and expect that in others. I would like to encourage more efficient work. Phone calls stalled the mover periodically which frustrated me since I had to pay for an hour and a half extra. I wish these ladies fortune but need to come prepared with a dolly and a more efficient attitude.
