This company is a family based business that thrives on aiming to please. Conner moving has been doing moves for 5 years we currently have a crew of 6 guys that have been trained to take care of customers belongings like it’s their own. We offer moving pads,shrink wrap,tape,bubble wrap and boxes if needed. We specialize in packing,unpacking loading and unloading freight trucks,pods and uhaul trucks.

Conner Moving did a great job for us wrapping and moving items into our Pod storage container. They stayed additional time to wrap furniture and large paintings, and they made sure that everything in the container was placed in the best way possible to avoid any movement during the move. When we opened the Pod after the move from CA to WA, everything was nicely still in place, and we unpacked without seeing any damage whatsoever.

The group from Connor moving was really prompt (in fact they were a bit earlier than expected) and kind. They were flexible to deal with our weird hilly driveway situation. They weren’t the most careful or speedy. I was expecting to get a lot more moved in the same amount of time given my experience with previous movers (even with our weird driveway situation). There were lots of times I found junior staff standing around waiting to be told what to do. Most concerning was how often I had to tell them to watch a corner of a piece of furniture, or to take care of a leg being dragged on the ground or to put a blanket against the dolly when strapping it to furniture—basic moving practices. They left several big gouges in our walls and hand rails on the stairs and I can only imagine the state our furniture will be in when we unpack. I think the senior staff was fine but the junior staff needs much more training. They should also better figure out who is strong enough to carry which furniture (I often had to jump in to help a couple members lift or balance or support something as it went around the corner or on to the truck). I don’t expect everyone on a moving team to be really strong, but I do expect the team to figure out how to divvy up the work appropriately so everyone’s effective (and nothing gets dropped or bumps against walls).

The guys were so amazing. They arrived on time and worked hard to get everything safely packed into the truck. We had trouble getting our U-haul truck on time for the move but the guys stayed in constant communication with us and worked with us to help get everything situated. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.
