When I picked up the truck I wss dismayed to see thw wheel wells changed the actual dimensions. The moving team discussed the tasks with me, which included moving a latex block queen mattress and more from facility's 2nd floor to outside Uhaul truck. The mattress has to travel flat, may not be folded. They problemsolved and packed the area under the box springs with my moving blankets to secure flat travel for the mattress, and packed and strapped in the glider loveseat as part of bracing the load. They kept in mind we neded to preparre for a grandfather clock pickup that morning. Great, tidy job. Polite, attentive and verified their intentions with me before acting.

The movers didn't have any equipment for the job. I have expressed this concern directly to the company. Also, the glass in my China cabinet wasn't wrapped prior to being loaded into the pod. I am hoping that the glass is intact when the pod is delivered back to me.
