The were very efficient and did a lot of work. They were excellent to work with. My only complaint is when they realized all would not fit we were not given options to leave stuff out and pack other things.

The 4 guys that came to help us, were very respectful and careful moving and packing in a very smart way. They were very friendly and open to hear what we would like to happen and yet pack everything so effectively. We were nervous at first as we have never had this service before. All we can say is, we are so impressed with their work and professionalism. They definitely look hard and smart and worked very well together as a team and ran by us ,questions regarding our preferences of items that needed to be packed. Wow, Frank and his crew came through in a big way! My Buddy team showed at their designated time, even phoned ahead to notify of their ETA. Upon arrival, Frank goes into action, assessing the unloading of the truck and move into an apt. Once that was complete, he organized his team and they got to work. They handled every item in the truck and up the 3 flights with respect and without hesitation. This was the last move of the day for them. Yet they showed up enthusiastic and executed an efficient and professional move. I recommend and would utilize the My Buddy team again.
