We dismantle & reassembly your household items including furniture, beds etc. (Our staff supplies all tools). Upon arrival to your new home, we will place your belongings in the rooms by your request.

Answering the prompts from my review link:
* Were they on time? They arrived about 15 minutes past the end of the hour long arrival window.
* Were they prepared for the job? They forgot their furniture dolly at the previous job, and they did not bring back braces to protect their backs, which concerned me for their safety.
* Did they work hard? Yes. They packed our POD very effectively in the limited space, and I know I wouldn’t have been able to do it nearly as well.
* Were they respectful of your property and goods? Mostly, but there are some pretty large scuffs on my stairwell walls/ceiling from trying to get the bed frame downstairs without disassembling it.
* Would you use them again? Possibly. They loaded the pod very well, but there was room for improvement in the items listed above.

They did a pretty good job unloading and putting things carefully into place. Two of the guys “didn’t want” to assemble any furniture so they sat in the truck while the other two guys did it all with the time they had left on the clock. Not impressed at all with those two other guys’ work ethic. But the two helpful guys were very apologetic and great workers.

The movers attempted to steal tools. Thank goodness my sister was there and noticed. The movers denied seeing or touching the tools. We called the police and the tools showed up. Interesting....
The movers destroyed a new upright freezer, beat it up on all sides and broke the handle off. They broke the back of a dresser. I'll have to inspect the rest of the items once I empty the POD. They appeared to be hung over and were very unprofessional.
I now have to go through the hassle of filing a claim and recovering monies for all of the damage.
I cannot recommend "HIRE A HEPLER" in any fashion.
