We dismantle & reassembly your household items including furniture, beds etc. (Our staff supplies all tools). Upon arrival to your new home, we will place your belongings in the rooms by your request.

Called ahead with offer to be early. Arrived on time as requested. Took a few moments to think through and discuss as a team the most efficient and safe way to complete the job of unpacking and reloading the outer half of my storage unit to appropriate specification. Receptive to feedback and willing to accommodate special care requests for particular items while still finishing on time. Would highly recommend!

I have to amend my original review of 5 stars after seeing the results of their work upon delivery and unloading. When they loaded the truck everything seemed fine but I was not paying close attention. The truck was filled in the timeframe and assumed it was done correctly. After they left my neighbors told me one of them dropped a stack of boxes from the truck and frantically put them back (turns out one was kitchen glasses).
Upon unloading the truck the unloading team was shocked at what was NOT done correctly. Almost all of the furniture was not wrapped - couches, tables, cabinets, bed frames, piano, chairs, dining table...none of it. Only 2 dressers were wrapped. Everything listed that was not wrapped has some sort of damage, from a few (preventable) scratches to my daughter's bed needing to be entirely thrown away due to damage. They were very friendly while there but unfortunately I would highly advise looking elsewhere for loading services. I now have to shop for new furniture.
