I'm rating ok because Marcel was amazing, but his partner was careless. Things fell out of the truck, my clothes were dumped out of an suitcase (that was already in the apartment) onto the floor and my white sheets were handled by dirty hands, my sliding door track was bent, and my walls/doorways were scuffed.

I felt that they were not prepared for the job and did not do a good job of protecting the items that they were moving. I paid for them to do the packing and they showed up without proper packing tape for the boxes. Some of the boxes had duct tape on them. None of the boxes were marked. Pictures, lamps, etc. were not wrapped for protection. Very few moving pads were used to protect the furniture. Three pieces of major furniture were delivered damaged.
This was not up to par with the prior three movers I had used previously in 2024.

Wanya and Cree helped me move into my 3rd floor apartment. They were excellent!! I couldn’t recommend anyone else! They were polite the whole time and didn’t make me feel bad for not being able to help as much as I wanted. Very professional and did the job very fast! I expected the job to take at least close to 2 hours but they got it done closer to 1 hour!!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Try to make sure boxes are sealed and ready to be moved, if there are any items not to be moved please make sure they are marked.

We enjoy the diversity of clientele we see on a daily basis. We love hearing our customers stories and memories of the previous home and plans for their new home.

Our Movers are sent out with veteran movers with over 5 years experience to learn the ropes, the do's and don'ts of moving.
