I had a disappointing experience with this moving company. They missed the original booked date, which was frustrating and came with additional fees for the truck and apartment, but we agreed to reschedule for the following day. Unfortunately, things didn’t get much better. The movers were incredibly slow—spending more time discussing how to move things than actually doing the job. To make matters worse, they would vanish for 15-minute stretches. As I walked around the storage unit, the truck, and the apartment, no one was in sight, anywhere. When someone was working, only one gentleman in a light-colored hoodie was carrying the team.
This was definitely not the level of professionalism or efficiency I was expecting—two stars solely for showing up the second day.

Some how I got bumped out of the que..but after getting in touch with office,they sent 2 young men out. They were very respectful , introduced themselves and got right to work. They worked very hard and got all of my furniture in the pod. I have a friend who is moving soon and I recommended you guys. Thanks, you did a Great Job!!

Was able to make an appointment promptly for next day. Moving was to a 2nd floor apartment, and moving was done, efficiently, quickly, and with no damages or issues at all. Would recommend as a moving service.

We were assigned movers from Gold Medal Movers in Summerville, SC. When they arrived they smelled like they had been smoking marijuana. The scent was heavily on their clothes they carried it into our house. They told us they had never packed a freight trailer before, only storage cubes. We told them we were only estimated to use 23 sq ft of space and they said not to worry, they would pack it "high and tight". They only worked 4 hours but were paid for 5. They did not use any ties to secure the freight and used up the entire trailer, failing to put up the wall that Upack assured us they would do so the sq footage would be clearly marked. When the trailer was unpacked by Heavy Foot Movers in MA today they told us they could have packed it all in 18 sq ft. Our items had been carelessly tossed in and piled on top of each other by Gold Medal Movers damaging much of our property. The mattresses were never put in the bags we gave them. We were also charged an additional $648 more by UPack because our items were packed improperly using the entire trailer. None of the boxes were secured with the ties in the UPack trailer and all our boxes were tossed all over damaging expensive china and fragile items, No words can express the financial and emotional toll this has taken on us during an already stressful time.
