Timothy showed up on time and alone. He was incredibly apologetic that he was there alone and his coworker had called in sick at the last minute. He said that he probably wouldn't be able to do the complete unpacking by himself and he offered as a solution that his boss would come by later in the day and they would unpack it together. While I was on the phone with pack rat rescheduling the pickup of my container Timothy decided to help my husband move "a few things out of the container". My husband really couldn't do much being that he's recovering from hip replacement surgery. Timothy unpacked that entire container by himself in the 2-hour time span. I think he deserves a raise, and I hope his boss gives him the entire pay for this move.
Mark and Chris were so good at doing what needed to be done that all of the big things are taken care of! I’m going to be able to do the rest myself with a couple of friends. What a blessing! Also, Mark and Chris are incredibly professional. Mark took time to answer all of my questions and make me feel really comfortable with this whole process. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to feel like their things are being well taken care of.
They called me from the road with an estimated arrival time. When they arrived they got right to work. They were polite and considerate of our furnishings. No issues, and finished slightly ahead of schedule.

These guys were totally awesome. Can't even begin to describe how good they were. We have already recommended them to our old neighbors. They should advertise in the community news letter, The Sunlaker. Contact Chris Whiteman through the Sunlake office. The only complaint I have us that I think they inadvertently made off with my good utility knife lol.

The men were very polite , helpful and professional. They had all the skill and supplies to make the move a breeze. Even quickly removing & replacing a door with ease to get a piece of furniture inside a room . The door returned within minutes back into perfect working order as before.
