First off when the movers got to the job site, one had taken a break to go get something to eat and drink on my time and left the one to work alone and he worked hard. Another thing is that you send a new mover to work for the first time with the company. It took 6 hours to move items from a 1 bedroom apartment that was only 700 sqft. Because they were working so slow, I had to ask them to leave items in the apartment so that I could move it myself so the extra hours would not continue to add up. When I moved here and hired a moving company, with only two workers, it only took them about 3.5 hours to get everything done. I just think that 6 hours was way too long for this move.

Movers were exactly on time. They were courteous and efficient. I was worried I may have gotten too small of a truck for my things but they were able to pack everything in the truck with room to spare.
They made it to the end destination on time and offloaded quickly. They even helped me set up my bed and asked where I would like the boxes placed for easier unpacking.
I would definitely use this company again when I move.

Its best for the customer to have all their small-loose items packed into boxes and make arrangements with the building to reserve an elevator. Also its important for customer to reserve a parking spot in front of the building as well. All of this can expedite your move and save you money.
