Ready2Move Moving and storage hired them to help offload a tractor trailer load coming from Fort Myers, FL. As the relocation consultant for Ready2Move i'm very familiar with the business of moving. DONE ever use HIRE A HELPER they over charge and do not help and pass the buck and NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY! The whole PODS experience turned into a vastly expensive NOT HELPFUL NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER NIGHTMARE. My furniture is damaged and who is going to HELP?? they subcontract to have college kids do the loading although they worked hard I had to pay for supplies that weren't used and taken away. Their blankets are nothing more than pieces of paper and $$$$$

They were a little late but they called in asdvance to say they had to finish a job from the previous day. No problem! The owner- Danny was a gentleman- polite,courteous, very knowledgeable.Four young men arrived and worked their tails off. They were so good they finished ahead of time.Very professional on the moving aspect. Definitely would use them again and recommend them!
