The gentleman were so nice and helpful!! They would have even put my furniture together for me, but I didn't want to wear them out after moving me to the third floor.

The two young men arrived on time and unloaded the POD carefully and quickly without incident. They were very courteous and helped us determine the proper locations of the delivered furniture even when it meant moving furniture around the delivery space. I would definitely use them again.

I am a builder dealing with labors all day so I know the difference between good and bad help. These guys were very professional and down to business workers. They were very careful with my old antiques. I have not seen such a great and courteous attitude from workers in a while. This was very refreshing to say the least! They did a great job and I will not hesitate to call them again! You can tell they enjoy what they do and do it well!

Firstly, the service they provided was loading only.
They arrived late. Did not have enough "moving blankets" (these were made of paper), which we had to pay for, we would've bought our own if we knew they'd be disposable paper blankets. When I asked them to use our shrink wrap they said we didn't have to pay them to use theirs, but then they charged us. I had to constantly loan them tools. They did not take care of our stuff as carefully as I expected. They scratched our front door because although they wrapped the sofa in shrink wrap they did not wrap the legs. I've had professional movers before, these workers seem to just be hired laborers. We haven't opened the moving container yet, but we are afraid things will not have made it in one piece. The name of the company does not match the service at all.
